Cancellation of the course by the student

Course withdrawal must be requested via email to info@esao.es

ESAO commits to reserving a spot in the next edition of the course, provided that the withdrawal request is made with 7 days notice or at least one day in case of force majeure.

If, for any reason, the student is unable to attend the course in future editions, the following refunds will be issued:

• 100% of the amount paid if the withdrawal request is made at least 16 calebdar days before the start of the course.

• 80% of the amount paid if the withdrawal request is made is made between 8 and 15 calendar days before the start of the course (a 20% administrative fee will be deducted).

No refund: if the cancellation is requested less than 7 calendar days before the start of the course.

Cancellation of the course by ESAO

ESAO reserves the right to cancel the course for the following reasons:

• Entry into force of restrictions established by the competent authorities that prevent or hinder the development of the course.

• Failure to reach the minimum number of registered students fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the course start date.

   

In case of cancellation, a new date will be provided to the student to take the course in question. If the student cannot attend the course on the proposed dates, they will be offered a coupon or a full refund of the amount paid.
