In this module, you will learn how to design effective sales strategies for olive oil, both in domestic and international markets. You will explore how to identify business opportunities, understand current trends in the olive oil sector, and segment your customer base.
We will analyze the main sales channels—direct sales, online, HoReCa, gourmet shops, and more—and how to negotiate with distributors and retailers.
The goal is for you to gain a clear and practical understanding of the commercialization process and learn how to manage your sales and business
relationships professionally.
Marketing module
This module will help you understand how to build and manage a strong EVOO brand. You will learn how to define your product’s unique value, develop a coherent brand image, and implement effective communication strategies.
We will explore how to create a digital marketing plan, collaborate with chefs and industry influencers, and use comarketing to boost brand visibility.
You will also work on audience segmentation, measuring return on investment (ROI), and adjusting your marketing spend according to the stage and needs of your project.
Export module
This module provides a comprehensive and practical overview of the EVOO export process. You will learn how to properly manage documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and the certifications required to operate safely in international markets.
We will cover how to prepare commercial samples, participate in trade fairs, adapt labeling for different countries, and comply with international regulations (ISO, IFS, BRC, SOIVRE, etc.).
You will learn how to select strategic markets, identify distributors, and build effective commercial networks.
The module includes templates, checklists, and practical tools, as well as exclusive access to masterclasses with export managers, distributors, and brand development experts.
