ESAO, a pioneer in specific training for the olive oil sector, was the first high-performance school specializing in this sector.

We were the first highly specialized school in the Olive Oil sector. We founded the School with a strong commitment for EVOO education and culture. At the Olive Oil School of Spain we are committed to share the latest trends of the market and to offer our participants all the support they need.
